Jo's Story

Life 2005 I started my own insurance brokerage business. Lots of work but great fun! My Dad has now passed on which was tough but he had a fabulous life until the age of 92. Still on the ranch in Livermore that continues to be a work in progress! Working on building a new house, so as you can imagine--work! 2018 Update, House finally got done! 2019 Started working on outside projects and landscaping...Expand for more
! 2020 We all know about this year and hoping the 2021 brings a much needed change- The ongoing house project is 95% complete and now I have decided to move on! I will post a picture of the finished house! Hope you all have a fabulous Holiday! 2021 Moved on-North San Diego County another project house with 5 acres--seems to be my M.O. It is almost done! This one went a little faster in spite of COVID!.

My 10 Mos Old Thor
This Baby Great Horned Owl has been with me for about 1 week and has been very accepting of me talking to him, he has adopted my front tree at the top of my driveway. He' very pretty and very big!
